Look familiar??? Just a couple of months ago Kristell posted a similar picture of Emily on her blog. And Emily's and Paige's stories are pretty much the same except for the "how it happened" part. I'll skip the long story and just give you the pertinent facts. Paige had a run-in with a kickball on Monday at school and just like Emily was told she has a buckle fracture in both bones in her arm. We need to schedule an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon to see if she needs a cast or not. She is doing fine and doesn't seem to be in as much pain now. Just enduring the pain of not being able to do things so easily. And she is thinking that a splint is not going to be the best accessory to wear with her dance recital costume this weekend. I am just grateful that it wasn't worse. We'll keep you posted after her next appt..........
